Health Care Professionals/Arts Students

An introduction to Therapeutic Clowning as a practice, is a series that educates and engages you through discussions about the evolution of therapeutic clowning, studies proving the benefits (both psychological and physiological),as well as methods and best practices of therapeutic play.

This workshop is aimed at those with the intent of exploring this niche field as a practice of its own, or to actors and health care professionals who want to add a new dimension to their skills that will help them to connect and relate to the patient experience.

Through character, voice, movement, visualisation, and role play, we will offer you the tools to explore opportunities in health and wellness environments where your skills as an actor/professional can be combined with your compassion and care of vulnerable people.

Fees are based on the number of people in your group and the length of the workshops - all workshops can be designed to meet your needs.
